The Historic Aviation Memorial Museum offers a meeting room rental, excellent for your business meeting. The space will accommodate up to 50 people theater style or 35 classroom style and room setup provided as requested with both tables and chairs. The room has a large TV screen, which is equipped to connect to a lap top computer as well as Internet capability. A podium, microphone and overhead projector are also available for use.
$30 per hr, 2 hour minimum, 10 to 25 people
$40 per hr, 2 hour minimum, 26 to 50 people.
After minimum charge is met any additional charges would be prorated by the hour or portion thereof. A signed contract and $30 deposit is required to reserve the room. No additional amount is charged for use of the electronic equipment.
The deposit will be returned the week after the event, only if the room is left clean, otherwise it is applied to a cleaning fee.
Museum tours are an additional $3 per person
